OneMonroe’s CFS hinges with built-in safety switch are manufactured from high impact strength technopolymer with matte black finish surfaces, providing exceptional durability and resistance to solvents, oils, greases, and other chemical agents. Featuring an AISI 303 stainless steel rotation pin, these hinges are designed for secure, reliable operation in demanding industrial and equipment applications.

Available with multiple mounting configurations including nickel-plated brass bushings with tapped holes, nickel-plated steel studs, and through holes for hexagonal-head screws, these hinges provide installation flexibility for a variety of applications. The hinge allows a maximum rotation angle of 270°, operating between 0° and -90° as well as 0° and 180°. The fully inserted rotation stud pin cannot be removed, helping prevent hinge tampering and making the design especially suitable for equipment and structures requiring intrusion protection.
