These constant torque cartridges offer users the ability to easily position and securely hold doors, display screens, and other mounted components at any desired angle, whether fully opened, fully closed, or anywhere in between. They are specifically designed for applications where customers need to incorporate constant torque functionality into a molded assembly. The ST-8P and larger ST-11P cartridges have a special overmolded design that encases and conceals the hinge, enhancing the overall aesthetic value of the assembly. Additionally, their small diameter provides designers with great flexibility that is challenging to achieve with traditional nut and bolt mechanisms.
