  • Steel Broad Butt Hinge

OneMonroe’s aluminum narrow butt hinges are lightweight, durable, and designed for reliable performance in a wide range of applications. Featuring two rectangular plates joined by a pin, these hinges provide smooth operation and are commonly used in multiples for doors, panels, and enclosures. Aluminum construction offers excellent corrosion resistance, reflectivity, and recyclability, making these hinges ideal for both indoor and outdoor environments.

Typically supplied with a spun pin, these hinges can also be customized with riveted, loose, or flush pin options to meet specific application requirements. Additional modifications such as swaging, forming, and hole piercing are available, along with a variety of gauges, widths, lengths, and pin materials. OneMonroe works closely with customers from concept to production, providing support from initial design through manufacturing and delivery to ensure the right hinge solution for every project.
