B&P Liberator Tread Brake Hand Truck | Brake shoes contact the front of the wheels not the top or the back. This prevents the possibility of locking up due to low tire pressure. Angled raking surface provides more friction on the tire then the paddle designs, increasing stopping power. Our unique lightweight tread brake design applies even pressure to both wheels assuring load control even in wet conditions.
