CFF Plastic Hinges

Extensive testing has been performed to evaluate both torque and shock resistance. Torque resistance tests utilize a dynamometer fixture applying increasing torque loads, with values measured in foot pounds (ft. lbs). Shock resistance testing is conducted by dropping a calibrated weight from increasing heights onto the hinge to measure impact resistance.
