CFE Plastic Hinges

OneMonroe’s CFE plastic hinges are manufactured from high impact strength technopolymer with matte black finish surfaces, providing excellent durability and resistance to solvents, oils, greases, and other chemical agents. Featuring an AISI 303 stainless steel rotation stud pin, these hinges are designed for reliable performance in demanding environments and are specifically conceived for doors with gaskets. The hinge design allows for a maximum rotation angle of 190°, operating between 0° and -70° as well as 0° and 120°.

Available with multiple mounting configurations including nickel-plated brass bushings with tapped holes, threaded studs, and through holes for cylindrical head screws, these hinges provide installation flexibility for a variety of applications. Designed as an ELESA original design, the CFE hinge delivers dependable mechanical performance and smooth movement when operated within the specified rotation limits.
