CFD Plastic Hinges

OneMonroe’s CFD plastic hinges are designed for applications requiring durable performance on structures with thin doors or narrow mounting surfaces. Manufactured from high impact strength technopolymer with a matte black finish, these hinges offer excellent resistance to solvents, oils, greases, and other chemical agents while providing dependable operation in demanding environments. An AISI 303 stainless steel rotation pin ensures smooth movement and long service life.

Available with multiple mounting configurations including tapped bushings, threaded studs, and through holes for cylindrical head screws, these hinges provide installation flexibility for a wide range of applications. The hinge design allows for a maximum rotation angle of 215°, operating between 0° and -105° as well as 0° and 110°. Designed as an ELESA original design, these hinges deliver reliable mechanical performance while supporting efficient movement and secure attachment.
