PowRLock - Hollow Pistons - Double Acting

PowRLock - Hydraulic Swing Clamps
(2)PowRlock Hydraulic Swing Clamps are designed to automate simple fixture setups while providing reliable and efficient workpiece clamping. Featuring a unique sequential motion, the clamping arm rotates 90 degrees over the workpiece before applying a downward clamping stroke with forces up to approximately 5,000 pounds. This design allows for unobstructed loading and unloading while delivering consistent clamping performance for a wide range of machining and manufacturing applications.
When paired with a Wilton booster or pump, a simple valve operation activates the clamping cycle, while releasing the valve causes the arm to swing clear of the work area and return to its rest position. Standard models provide clockwise arm rotation, with counterclockwise movement available through a simple adjustment. Their automated operation helps improve productivity, reduce setup time, and streamline fixture design in demanding production environments.

PowRLock - Hydraulic Bridge Clamp - PowRslide
A touch of the control valve activates the horizontal piston, pushing the rocker arm forward. The vertical piston then drives the rocker arm down to clamp the work piece. When the machining operation is complete, another touch of the control valve automatically returns the rocker arm to the relaxed position, clearing the work piece for easy removal.As a result, PowRslide bridge clamps speed both loading and unloading. Since the rocker arm clears the work piece on every cycle, PowRslide can be synchronized with machine cycles to automate one or several operations. It permits your operator to handle more work pieces, either by limit switches or by tape controlled machines. For optimal performance and seal longevity, these boosters are designed for use with medium aniline hydraulic fluid having a viscosity range of 100–200 SSU.
