The Lift and Release Mechanism simplifies the process of disengaging internal splines without moving the insert, allowing for easy rotation of the handle to the desired position. A built-in conical spring ensures the handle is returned to its original position to re-engage the splines for secure tightening or loosening. The handles come in a choice of materials, including die-cast zinc or PA6 thermoplastic, while the stud, screw, and spring are made from high-quality 303 stainless steel.
This lever is uniquely adjustable, providing between 20 to 45 handle positions depending on its size, with the standard handle color being black and orange available by special request. A 100% solid stainless steel version is now available, offering a standard clamping lever with the added advantage of adjustability. Designed to fit a wide range of applications, the lever is available in five sizes, and special tap/reams can also be provided upon request, ensuring a customizable solution for various needs.
