A flange nut is a nut that has a wide flange on one end that eliminates the need for a washer by acting as a non-spinning washer. The flange covers oversized holes and distributes the load over a greater area. Monroe Flange Nuts grip better, hold longer, and require more torque to remove than to install. Our flange nuts are perfect for any application that needs nuts and washers.
