Steel Spring Plungers (10 Styles)

Spring plungers are used for indexing and accurate positioning of components and come in a variety of metric and standard sizes. These components use spring-force to apply pressure so that the ball or nose will remain positioned. These plungers have different installation methods including hex socket, slotted drive and top slot for blind-holes and have light, standard, or heavy end forces available to them.

Ideal for industries ranging from automotive to aerospace, our Steel Spring Plungers find versatile applications in component positioning, indexing, and alignment tasks. Whether used in assembly lines, machining operations, or quality control processes, these plungers deliver consistent performance, maintaining precise tolerances and alignments critical for operational success. Their robust construction and dependable operation make them indispensable in environments where accuracy and repeatability are paramount.

We are an ISO 9001:2015 & AS9100D certified manufacturer of Ball Plungers and Spring Plungers (including Press Fit), Short Spring, and Slotted Drive Plungers (Plunger Accessories are also available). Many types available in metric and inch sizes and in a variety of materials including stainless steel, steel, thermoplastic and etc. We also offer many styles with locking element sizes to meet your needs.
