/Asset/CUSTOMQUOTE_BUTTON.jpgSometimes referred to as “hard ferrite” permanent ceramic magnets contain magnetite, a hard crystalline iron ferrite mineral that derives its magnetism from the effect the earth's magnetic field has on it. Ceramic permanent magnets are made from finely powdered barium ferrite or strontium ferrite formed under heat and pressure. Their magnetic strength is enhanced by aligning the powder particles with a strong magnetic field during forming. Ceramic magnets are comparable to Alnico magnets in terms of magnetic force and have the advantage of being able to be pressed into various shapes without significant machining as well as being the most economical magnetic material in terms of cost.

/Asset/imar1501.jpgRetaining Magnets from OneMonroe are designed to provide reliable and secure solutions for holding items in place without causing damage. Our extensive collection includes flat and cylindrical magnets with a variety of hole options, such as threaded, smooth, and pass-through holes, along with studded magnets for a wide range of fixing methods. These magnets are ideal for applications where precision and protection are key, offering a gentle yet firm grip that ensures stability without harming the surface of the item being held. Whether you need a flat or cylindrical option, OneMonroe has the perfect retaining magnet to suit your needs.
OneMonroe's retaining magnets are made to deliver exceptional performance and durability. We offer cylindrical magnets with pass-through or threaded holes, as well as studded designs, which are ideal for applications requiring easy installation and secure attachment. Our flat retaining magnets come in a range of variations, including those with pass-through holes, threaded inserts, and threaded studs, providing versatility for various mounting requirements. These magnets are designed with careful attention to quality, ensuring that they can withstand the demands of both light and heavy-duty use while providing long-lasting reliability.
To further protect the surfaces they come into contact with, many of our retaining magnets feature rubber coatings, reducing the risk of damage over time. This added layer of protection is ideal for preserving the integrity of sensitive or delicate items. When using threaded magnets, it is important to avoid screws made of magnetic material, as they can interfere with the magnet’s forces. At OneMonroe, we take pride in offering retaining magnets that are not only effective in fixing items in place but also gentle on the materials they are designed to hold, providing an ideal balance of functionality and protection in every application.
